RETURNS POLICY


SECTION 1 - RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom nature of each produced, Royalty Screen Printing does not offer returns or refunds.

In the event that you have received is incorrect, a return can be approved at the discretion of  Royalty Screen Printing. In such case, you are responsible for claims, which must be filed within 1 week of receipt of order. Please email your claims and photos to customer service department to info@royaltyscreenprinting.com, organizing return of the Items to us within 15-day once approved for return and within 30 days from receipt, in order for the Items to be covered under this Policy.

You are responsible for the postage and delivery costs of returning the Items to us and you cannot recoup such costs from Royalty Screen Printing. Items cannot be sent in without Royalty Screen Printings authorization, if any item is received before authorization for a return, they will be held and shipped at your own expense.

Royalty Screen Printing is not responsible for returning any Items that have been lost in transit. You must ensure that the Items are returned to us unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging and tags intact. If there is a defect with any of the items in your order, you  must notify us within 1 week of receipt of the item. You must provide a copy of your invoice and receipt along with you notification. You must provide particulars as to why you are not satisfied with the items in your order.  You must include clear photographs of the defect.

If the Item does not comply with this clause, you will NOT be eligible for this Policy.

SECTION 4 - ARTWORK

Once you approve an artwork proof, unless the product we deliver is different from the mockup, Royalty Screen Printing is not liable for any claims by customer that the product is not acceptable. Please review artwork proofs carefully for design, measurements, color , and spelling. Please keep in mind that the garment, design, placement, and colors represented in artwork proofs are a visual representation of the product. Actual garment, design placement, and colors may vary from the provided artwork proof. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear in artwork proofs. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The best way to guarantee color accuracy is for you to view an actual hard copy of an official Pantone color chart. We mix our inks based on the official Pantone color-mixing guide. Once a final artwork proof is approved, no changes can be made to the order for any reason.

Orders over 25 pieces are subject to a 2% machine defect allowance. All customers should order enough excess garments to cover the possibility of machine defects. We do our best to avoid any machine defects, but claims related to machine defect will be denied.

Failure to adhere to any of these request forfeits any eligibility for the Policy

SECTION 3 - REPLACEMENTS ONLY

Upon receipt of the returned Item,  Royalty Screen Printing will inspect the Item and make its decision in its sole discretion on your notice whether it is more appropriate to offer a replacement.

Customers acknowledge and agree that due to the customised nature of the Items,  Royalty Screen Printing cannot offer any refunds. There is little to no resale value for the Items.

This Policy does not apply to any Items purchased on sale. No returns, refunds, or replacements will be available in such an event.
